We often forget that our divine team only Wishes the best for us, we also confuse what it means to be an ancestor.
Where our ancestors come from at least my ancestral understanding is as follows

I do not attempt to limit my understanding by categorizing naming or defying entirely the energies that help me throughout my day.
I honestly enjoy creating my own nicknames as I get to know each one.
I understand this makes me seem uneducated and possibly even ill-informed or irresponsible however if it wasn't for those Energies I probably would not be here today they have earned my trust much more than the living beings in my life.

On how energy affects the physical vessel.
Spiritual belief is not insanity and I am not attempting to convince anyone to believe what I believe.
I suggest you really dive deep and get rooted into your own self awarness and beliefs so that when questioned you may interpret the information from a less defensive point of view.
For when presentd with evidence that my belief system may be flawed I retract, reflect, and re- interpret when necessary.
However not all information is for me or for me to embody or incorporate into my life and as with any practice I encourage others to do the same.
It's the same reason I do not like limiting my understanding of minerals to what's has been written about them.
For it's a flawed perception each person or being defining another will be biased to their understanding
or bias in accordance to their own life experience and accepted reality.
Minerals rise to meet our needs and present themselves into our lives when we are ready. They choose who they're appretenses, and favorites will be. Much like the ancestors.
We all come to accomplish 1 small piece of a large puzzle so please give your self grace, to explore your curiosities.
